THE TRANSFORMATION
Most clubs are surviving on monthly meetings and group chats. Here's what becomes possible when you stop stitching together tools that were never built for community.
The same six people show up to every meeting
The group chat hasn't had a new message in nine days
New members join, then quietly disappear within weeks
A handful of volunteers burn out doing the work of ten people
Events are under-attended despite weeks of planning
The club feels more like a mailing list than a community
Members posting photos, ideas and discussion between meetings
New members welcomed automatically — and engaged from day one
Events fill up before reminders even need to go out
Leaders spend their time leading, not chasing
Communication is clear, professional and consistent
The club feels like a place members actually want to belong
This is what becomes possible when Republican clubs finally have a platform built for how they actually operate.
THE PLATFORM
Four pillars. One platform. Built specifically for how local Republican clubs operate.

COMMUNITY SPACE
Branded homepage, member directory and private feed

EVENTS & EXPERIENCES
Calendar, RSVPs and live video for hybrid meetings

MEMBER CONNECTION
Invitations, newsletter and automatic notifications

MEMBER OPERATIONS
Stripe payments, dues collection and guided setup
START YOUR COMMUNITY
Most clubs go from sign-up to live community in under an hour. No technical skills. No setup fees. No credit card. Just a stronger club.
Free for clubs up to 50 members. Live in under an hour.
WHATSAPP & GROUP TEXTS
Messages get buried. Conversations disappear. Group chats are great for quick logistics — and terrible for building community. New members feel lost. Leaders feel ignored. And nobody scrolls back nine messages to find anything.
FACEBOOK & SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS
Engagement scattered across someone else's platform. Your members' attention gets pulled in fifty directions. Your data belongs to a company that doesn't share your values. And the algorithm decides who sees what — not you.
MONTHLY MEETINGS ALONE
Members never recover from missing one. Miss a meeting and you've missed the month. There's no community between gatherings — no way for members to stay connected, share photos, or build the relationships that make a club feel alive.
GENERIC CLUB SOFTWARE
Built for HOAs, not Republican clubs. Most platforms were designed for nonprofits, churches, or generic associations. They feel cold, complicated and never quite fit how Republican clubs actually operate.
THE INFRASTRUCTURE GAP
For decades, Democrats have invested in local organizational infrastructure — precinct offices, mobilization platforms, community engagement systems, year-round volunteer training. The party didn't build this overnight. It built it one decade at a time.
Republican clubs do extraordinary work with a fraction of those resources. Not because the people are less committed — they're often more so. But because the infrastructure was never built for them.
The gap is measurable: in attendance, in retention, in volunteer mobilization, in turnout. Asking dedicated volunteers to keep competing without modern tools isn't strategy. It's a structural disadvantage we can finally start to fix.
Command One™ exists to close that gap. To give local Republican clubs the operational foundation they've been missing. Tools that match the dedication of the people running them. A platform built for how the party should operate — not how it's been forced to.

FROM THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Christina!
I'm not a career political organizer — I'm a builder. For more than a decade, I've helped companies grow with clarity, structure and operational discipline. Through VITAZA, I've built a portfolio of platforms doing exactly that.
Command One™ started with a simple observation: Republican clubs are full of committed volunteers trying to build community with limited tools, no infrastructure and no real support. Group chats. Facebook posts. Members who care deeply but feel increasingly disconnected.
I don't think Republican clubs are broken. I think they've been underserved.
Command One is the operational backbone every local club deserves — where leaders can lead and members actually belong.
That's why I built it.
— Christina Rosario, Founder, Command One™

What it is: A 30-minute orientation call with our team where we walk you through your Community HQ, set up your branding, import your members and get your first event on the calendar. If you've send us your logo, event details and member list in advance, we'll have most of it done before we even start.
Why it matters: Most platforms get abandoned because setup is overwhelming. Yours won't. You'll walk away from one call with a fully configured community, your members in the system and clear next steps to start engaging them right away.

What it is: A modern, mobile-friendly homepage with your club's logo, colors and information — on your own custom domain. Looks professional, feels like yours and gives your members a real online home.
Why it matters: First impressions matter. A branded homepage signals that your club is organized, modern and worth being part of — without you having to hire a designer or learn how to build a website.

What it is: A complete member directory with photos, contact information and leadership clearly identified. Members can find each other, leadership stands out and everyone knows who's part of the club.
Why it matters: Most clubs have no idea who's actually a member. With a real directory, your members can connect with each other, leadership becomes visible and your club starts feeling like a real community instead of a mailing list.

What it is: A private, members-only feed where leaders post announcements, members share photos and ideas, and the conversation keeps going between meetings. Comments, reactions and threaded discussions all built in.
Why it matters: The biggest gap in most clubs isn't meetings — it's the silence between them. The community feed turns your monthly gathering into a year-round conversation, so members stay connected even when they can't make it in person.

What it is: A built-in events calendar where you create events, members RSVP in one click and everyone can see who's coming. Each event has its own details, location and discussion thread. Run hybrid meetings, candidate forums or guest speakers with live video built right into the platform — no extra software, no Zoom links to manage.
Why it matters: Filling your events is half the work of running a great club. With one place to see what's coming, RSVP and even attend live virtually, your events fill themselves and members start showing up because they want to — not because they were reminded.

What it is: A personalized weekly newsletter automatically goes out to every member — featuring trending posts, upcoming events and discussions they shouldn't miss. Plus real-time push notifications for announcements, comments and event updates, so nothing gets lost.
Why it matters: Engagement is the difference between a community and a contact list. The newsletter pulls members back in every week without anyone having to write a thing, and notifications keep your active members in the loop in real time.

What it is: Built-in invitation tools that let any member invite friends and family by sharing a link. Each invite tracks who joined and how, so you see your growth as it happens.
Why it matters: Word-of-mouth is how Republican clubs have always grown. We just made it easier to share — and easier to see who's bringing people in.

What it is: Track each member's status and see your top contributors on a built-in leaderboard with rewards for engagement. Members earn recognition for posting, attending events and inviting others — turning everyday participation into something visible.
Why it matters: Most clubs have no idea who's actually engaged versus who's a name on a list. Visible recognition rewards the members carrying your community — and shows everyone else what active participation looks like.

What it is: Connect a payments account, like Stripe or PayPal, and start collecting member dues and event fees directly through your community. Members pay once and everything stays organized. Ready when you are — set it up on your call or whenever your club is ready.
Why it matters: Most clubs are still chasing dues through checks, Venmo and "I'll get it to you next meeting." Built-in payments mean your treasurer gets their life back and your club's finances actually stay current.
WHY FREE
No setup fees. No credit card. No catch.
WHY NOW
Republican clubs have always done more with less. You don't need another impossible task on your plate — you need infrastructure that does the heavy lifting for you.
The 2026 cycle is already here. Primary season starts soon. Voter contact, fundraising and volunteer mobilization are about to consume every minute your leadership team has. The clubs that build their communities now — before the cycle pulls everyone in fifty directions — are the ones that will be ready to deliver when it counts.
There's no countdown timer here. No fake deadline. Just the quiet reality that the work of building real community takes longer than you think — and starts paying off sooner than you'd expect.
Free for clubs up to 50 members means there's no reason to wait — and no budget required to start.
YOUR FIRST WEEK
1
Sign up and complete your intake. Tell us about your club in a quick 5-minute intake, or skip ahead and start setting up on your own. We use it to prep your guided setup call.

That's it. No setup fees. No credit card. No technical hurdles.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Genuinely free for clubs up to 50 members — and there's a real reason behind it. Most local Republican clubs are run by volunteers with no budget for software and no infrastructure to support it. Charging the smallest clubs would put us out of reach of exactly the people who need us most. So we don't. We earn revenue when clubs grow into our paid tiers — and we'd rather have every local club running on our Community HQ plan and growing with us than priced out from the start.
When you're ready, you can upgrade to our Membership HQ plan ($99/month) for advanced membership management, online applications, automated welcome sequences and email/SMS campaigns. Your data and community come with you — no rebuilding, no migration headaches. Most clubs comfortably stay on the free tier through their first year.
Christina Rosario founded Command One after getting involved in the Republican club culture, watching the same engagement and communication problems play out across clubs. She's a builder, not a career political organizer — and Command One reflects that. We're a small, mission-driven team building this in partnership with our founding pilot club and in active conversation with BREC and county committees across Florida.
No. If you can post on Facebook, you can run Command One. Most clubs are fully set up in under an hour, and our guided launch experience walks you through every step.
Three big differences. First, it's private — your members' data stays with you, not Meta. Second, it's purpose-built for Republican clubs — every feature was designed around how local clubs actually operate. Third, it centralizes everything — community feed, events, member directory, announcements, payments — instead of scattering it across five different apps your members have to remember to check.
Yes, absolutely. Your member list is yours alone. We never sell it, never share it, and never use it for advertising. Period.
There's no contract, no card on file, and nothing locking you in. If Command One isn't a fit, you can leave at any time and export your data on the way out. We'd rather earn your trust than try to trap you.
Yes — set up your club for free and explore the platform from the inside. You can see how everything works before adding members or going fully live, and the guided setup call is there whenever you're ready to launch.
Yes. Live video is built into the events calendar, so you can run hybrid meetings, candidate forums or guest speakers without needing Zoom or another platform. Members RSVP and join from the same place.
No. Payments are completely optional. Connect Stripe, PayPal or another payment processor whenever your club is ready to collect dues, event fees or donations digitally. Plenty of clubs run for months on Command One before turning on payments.
Yes. You can assign different roles — admin, contributor, member — so your leadership team can share the workload without giving everyone full access.
30 minutes. By the end, your branding is in place, your members are imported and your first event is on the calendar. You're ready to invite your community right after.
They don't need one. Members get an email newsletter automatically and push notifications for announcements and events — so they stay in the loop without logging in every day. When they do want to engage, everything's in one place.
